The room was trendy and neat with exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's position was favourable and ideal, the next day's event.

The setting was poor.

Spacious room, exceptionally comfortable bed and large bathroom. Different food for superb breakfast with a good coffee. The location was marvellous and the staff members were consistently courteous. Quick check in & the service was excellent.

Stain in the room.

We stayed at this hotel and we were impressed with its location at the heart of the old town and restful residential neighbourhood. The general hospital is also nearby. The service by the housekeeping and laundry staff was top-notch, making us feel completely taken care of. The on-site car park was a plus and the free Wi-Fi in rooms meant we stayed connected with our work.

The staff was very efficient and patient, the breakfast offered was great with plenty of food. The location was strategic, just 5 min walk from Perak Stadium. It was located in a residential area close enough to the Old Town and nearby restaurant and a Fire Station, a nice comfy base for me.

The room was well furnished here in soundproofing. Attentive and helpful staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. The hotel was just off ipoh night market, jusco, stadium, shops and food centre, and restaurants and bars thanks to its favourable location.

The hotel had a cozy and friendly lobby, and the staff were communicative and efficient. The spacious and stylish bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast options were good value for money. I recommend staying at M Roof Hotel & Residences.

Climate control, a private safe and a flat-screen TV inside the twin/double room were handy. It was a favourable location close to the the Tuanku Zara aquatic stadium and food court at the stadium.

The staff - some of them were not that friendly.

Brand-new & modern room, coffee, facilities to make tea, and an iron in there. Large bathrooms with a bidet. Especially helpful and extremely helpful staff, decent location right by park and ipoh night market.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, even so everything was superb. The staffs were especially helpful and the service was efficient. The hotel's location was central, to good food places. It was also near many nice food court and tourist attraction and city centre.

Quick response from housekeeping and front office, clean rooms, good sleep, affordable price. Two breakfast options - OldTown buffet or ala-carte buffet at beer factory. Convenient location for MAPS and Ipoh town. a nice room compared to similar rate hotels. National Recovery Plan SOP compliant. Ideal for a food trail with multiple families. Repeat stay due to good location and provisions.

Well furnished room at reasonable prices with free amenities available and a lovely view and balloons. Location near to ipoh night market, jusco, stadium and sightseeing. Good service provided. The staff - helpful and responsible.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

It is a chic hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff and a family atmosphere. Excellent service and the food is awesome! Every time in Ipoh, I choose this place.

Views are not very good.

This hotel is a great value for money with well-maintained and clean rooms, a nice breakfast served with good coffee at Old Town white coffee, and helpful staff. The location in a residential area near the general hospital and at Old Town is convenient.

All was ok.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the place. It was a modern hotel with free internet. The employees at the venue were attentive. Ideal central location so close to a Fire Station, the stadiums and a popular suburb. Furthermore, near to town area.

We had such a great time at M Roof Hotel & Residences in Ipoh! The on-site restaurant, The Morning After Cafe, was excellent. We found the mini-bar, private safe, and electronic key card in our studio to be very useful during our stay. It served as a great base for exploring Ipoh.
